About this walk
The classic Surrey Hills walk combining the famous Box Hill viewpoint -- used in the London 2012 Olympics road race -- with the River Mole stepping stones and ancient chalk downland. The stepping stones across the Mole are a highlight for dogs, and the views from the summit are the best in the South East.

Spring downland wildflowers are exceptional. Summer weekends can be very busy -- arrive early. The stepping stones may be submerged after heavy rainfall.
